Magnificent location at a short distance from a wrought-iron lattice tower. Cozy room with french balcony and a bathtub and the view of the Eiffel Tower. Efficient, excellent staff with smiling face.

The location is ideal; particularly for a first time trip to Paris.
The bed was pretty uncomfortable - but not horrible. The room was really small.

Safe and Parisian location near Rue Cler, full of bars and resturants. Close to metro station as well. Small room but enough for couple. Clean and quiet. Free Wifi.
Breakfast excluded in the rate. Basic equipment and old-looking decoration.

Location was great--near the cafes and shops but far enough away to be quiet. Eiffel Tower, Seine, Rodin Museum were all in walking distance. Room was just large enough and modern enough to be comfortable. Perfect tourist hotel because it's an affordable place to sleep and clean up in. If you're visiting sites all day, what more do you want from a hotel?

The hotel was well situated - only a short walk to the metro. We walked to the Eiffel Tower and took the Bateau bus from there which we enjoyed very much. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful.

Staff seemed rude
I think I got the worst room possible at this hotel. Room 37. I asked for a room with a view and got a room looking at an inside stairwell. Disappointed, but too tired to say anything.

Location is good, very close to Eiffel Tower 10 min. walk. lift & room bit small while toilet was excellent, newly furnished. Just in the centre of restaurants & market. Bus & Metro stops are just 5 min. away.
it is located inside street Duviver, not easy to find first time.

Good location nearby pedestrian street and restaurants, nice staff, silent room.
Room was small and got smaller because we had extra bed for a baby, but that was already known we booked the room.

First things first, the location is perfect, the hotel is quiet, the room was clean and cozy and the bed was comfortable, which was exactly what I was hoping for. The staff were helpful with a number of requests, and a staff member was on post when I checked in after midnight due to a flight delay.
A few relatively minor complaints: my window faced the inner emergency staircase, so the view was not inspiring, and the shower is 65cm by 65cm, which was a bit challenging.

location, cleanliness
Staff did not know about airport transportation except expensive shuttle. Breakfast good first day, second day coffee so weak it was almost undrinkable
